About Us
GENERAL VESSELS was born in 2008's from its founder's business initiative. After years of experience as a welder, the founder has started his own welding activity for several clients of different areas: Oil & Gas, boilers, maritime industry, chemistry, nuclear and pharmaceutical industry.
The constant investments in structures, people and machinery have allowed us to grow up. Year by year, we have devoleped the collaboration with various companies and the managing of orders starting not only from the design to the welding, but also including mechanical processing, non-destructive testing, heat treatment, painting and packaging.
This organization allows GENERAL VESSELS to guarantee professionalism, quality, timing and fair price, but also to maintain the flexibility and versatility that continue to distinguish it.
Today the company has highly qualified staff and a lot of machinery in order to respond the increasingly requests of customers.
Services
GENERAL VESSELS is able to build pressure equipment according to the ASME, TEMA, VSR, VSG, AD-MERKBLATT, CODAP, EN 13445 codes, in accordance with 68 / 14UE and ATEX.
DESIGN
The competence acquired over the years has allowed us to be able to carry out projects and construction drawings required by the customer both in 2D and 3D format.
MATERIALS
The materials we process are the most varied: Carbon steels, Low temperature carbon steels, Alloy steels, Stainless steels, Nickel alloys resistant to corrosion and temperature, etc.
WELDING PROCESSES
Our qualified staff allows us to produce high quality welds covering any thickness and material. The welds that we are able to carry out follow, according to the customer's requests, the various procedures GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW all qualified according to ASME and EN regulations.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST
We are able to comply internally with any request from the Customer.
TOOL MANUFACTURING
In order to menage a job we are also able to deal with any heat treatments, painting and packaging.
ACCREDIA LABORATORY
All the main test methods are performed in external laboratories accredited according to EN ISO 17025.

Certifications
GENERAL VESSELS is able to build products in compliance with international standards (ASTM, ASME, EN and PED) and is also certified according to EN1090-1: 2009 for the execution of steel structures.
